With a degree in International Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and a diploma in Management Science from IPAG Business School in Nice, I bring a solid foundation of business knowledge to the recruitment industry.
My career has been largely centred in marketing and I have built my business by helping others promote themselves to the right audience,
Recruitment is a very similar skillset. I use my business background to find the right talent and my marketing skills to present both the role and the applicant in a clear and effective way. I have been sourcing talent and conducting interviews for over 10 years and working in business for 25 years.
My experience spans a diverse range of sectors. I’ve had the privilege of working with international companies such as Maserati and Boon Edam. More locally, I have worked with The Aspinall Foundation, Holiday Extras, Saga Holidays and Henry Reeves Accountants. I have worked with London based companies including TheJudge and many more besides.
These experiences have given me a unique understanding of the needs within the accountancy, finance, marketing, events and web development sectors.
